Meet the Members
The Gallery Trust is supported by five Members, who serve as the custodians of the organisation and ensure the Board of Trustees remains accountable to the Trust’s charitable purpose.

Judy Dyson
Formerly a governor at Iffley Academy, Judy Dyson has been a Member since 2014. Judy has 40 years of experience working in education, including a professional role as an Ofsted Inspector.
Rob Harvey
Rob Harvey served as a governor of Iffley Academy for five years. He has extensive experience gained over many years as a senior manager in a variety of roles within Local Government and the University of Oxford, specifically in site, property, and Health and Safety roles.
Dr Annabel Kay
Dr Annabel Kay has been the Chief Executive Officer of The Warriner Multi Academy Trust since 2011 and is the Head Teacher of The Warriner School. Dr Kay combines her specialist experience in industry, including finance, change management, and process reviews, with her extensive education expertise.
Sian Rodway
Formerly a governor at Iffley Academy, Sian Rodway was Chair of the Board of Trustees from 2013 until 2020. Sian has worked in several Local Authorities, including roles as Strategic Lead for Performance in the Children Services Directorate and Governor Services Manager at Oxfordshire County Council. She currently serves as Chair of the Bloxham Grove Academy Local Academy Board.
Karen Shaw
Karen Shaw served as a Trustee on The Gallery Trust’s Board from 2013 until 2020 and is also an experienced school Governor. Karen currently holds the position of Chair of the Iffley Academy Local Academy Board.
